Senior Sales Director EMEA

 

We are currently looking for a perceptive and determined sales professional to join our growing company.

The team is focused on growing the business in the market across four key industries: Energy, Consumer Packaged Goods, Agriculture, and Metal and Mining. Therefore, a strong history in Commodities and/or Energy is required. You will be responsible for the sale of the CTRMCloud solution and manage every opportunity from the beginning until close, intro to final negotiation.

This role provides the opportunity to rapidly evolve into a sales management role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate net new business and expansion of presence in Commercial accounts within your territory
  • Balance between heavy pipeline generation, outbound prospecting, and running tight sales cycles from start to finish
  • Collaborate with customers & prospects to clearly define current challenges and pains related to achieving overall business objectives
  • Perform sales presentations to match CTRMCloud’s solution and value proposition with identified and measured business needs
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales by possessing a full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process
  • Collaborate closely with CTRMCloud’s ecosystem (Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Product Management)

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven track-record of selling software or technology solutions at C-Suite level in the Energy and/or Commodity space
  • 3+ years proven mid-market SaaS sales experience
  • Proven top performer (consistently exceeds targets)
  • Strong executive presence and presentation experience (both in-person and over video calls)
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of CRM, Excel and other productivity tools
  • A sound understanding of the sales processes and associated best practices (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.)
  • Prior work experience and knowledge of solution-selling strategies and business value selling
  • Fluent in a foreign language is a plus

Senior Solution Specialist

EMEA

 

We are currently looking for a proficient and experienced solution consultant to join our growing company.

The team is focused on growing the business in the market across four key industries: Energy, Consumer Packaged Goods, Agriculture, and Metal and Mining. Therefore, a strong history in Commodities and/or Energy is required.

In this role, you will support our commercial team globally. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, your mission is to ensure product selection. You will be responsible for all business, technical, and competitive aspects of the sales cycle. You must be both sales focused and technically savvy with a track record convincing C-level and director level executives of the merits of a software solution. Working in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, you’ll be the bridge between our Account Executives and their prospects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision, through online sales efforts or onsite
  • Assist in identifying the customer’s needs and key stakeholders in the purchase decision
  • Effectively deliver a standard product demo while emphasizing elements that are most aligned with the urgent needs of the customer
  • Construct and deliver custom demos, utilizing customer provided data that addresses the customer’s urgent needs
  • Proactively provide effective feedback to product management on product gaps and improvement area.
  • Where necessary create and deliver supplementary presentation materials in support of customer specific demonstrations
  • Be responsible for the functional and technical parts of the RFIs/RFPs
  • Experience scoping, managing and executing customer pilots and Proof of Concepts (POCs)

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven track-record of showcasing software or technology solutions at C-Suite level in the Energy and/or Commodity space
  • Strong executive presence and presentation experience (both in-person and over video calls)
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation , facilitation, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Fluent in English

Sales Development Representative

EMEA

 

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious experienced sales development representative to help develop the pipeline with qualified leads.

The team is focused on growing the business in the market across four key industries: Energy, Consumer Packaged Goods, Agriculture, and Metal and Mining. Therefore, a history in Commodities and/or Energy is required. You will be responsible for the first part of the sales funnel and work closely with Sales and Marketing to profile, engage with and qualify enterprise-level companies to create net new opportunities for the business. As an SDR, you will receive a robust training and development program.

This role provides the opportunity for an experienced SDR to rapidly transition to a junior sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, in conjunction with Marketing and Sales

  • Conduct in depth research and analysis of all target accounts 

  • Leverage internal and external resources to garner customer intelligence

  • Route qualified opportunities with detailed handovers to the appropriate sales executives for further development

  • Initiate and create direct sales conversations and demonstrate thought leadership to capture client’s pains and the impacts they create

  • Leverage detailed knowledge of the market and competitors to communicate CTRMCloud’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

  • Use our CRM to track and record sales activity to ensure that metrics can be accurately measured

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of proven track-record being an SDR in the Energy and/or Commodity space
